Cheap fix for motor fault 30 March 2018
Our washing machine is 16 years old and never missed a beat until now. The pump was working but the drum didn't rotate so I checked the belt, which was ok, so I thought the next most likely fault would be the brushes. Took one out and could see it was worn down to about 10mm, ordered a new set of brushes, removed the motor fitted them and put the machine back together, job done. The only annoying part was the delivery courier mucking up the delivery instructions.

Easy to replace 24 March 2018
Thank for for an easy and speedy service. We replaced the carbon brushes but cannot get rid of the F21 flashing signal no matter what we try so can't comment on the effectiveness of the product. Your video was really useful, just don't know where to go from here now.

The selection process helped get the right brushes for the motor. They arrived within two days. A bit fiddly to fit, but that is due to the design. The motor works a treat now.

Absolutely brilliant, saved a fortune by using these. So easy to fit - I was a bit unsure if I had the confidence to do it, but I just watched the instruction video, and hey presto the job was completed in no time at all. Well done espares - you saved my life again.

Problem Solved! 05 February 2018
After watching very useful eSpares video explaining why my Bosch washer had stopped revolving I felt confident enough to have a go at checking the brushes in the motor, confirming they were well won. Spares arrived within the allotted 1 hour slot (express delivery) and I had them fitted and washer back and working in about 20minutes. Brilliant and a lot cheaper than calling a little man in! Only fiddly bit is getting the spring compressed sufficiently to get the clip back on.

Saved the cost of a new washing machine 04 February 2018
I was nearly going to replace my eight year old machine when it stopped working. I looked up the error code and watched your video on how to change the brushes; I thought "I can do that". I took photos as I went. I chose standard delivery and the brushes arrived in three days. The actual replacement was really easy and I have saved myself £350+.

Simple and effective 09 April 2018
A bit of a dirty and fiddly job but the how-to video made it clear and straightforward. The original brushes were 10 years old and worn down to almost nothing. Now the machine is running better than ever and we look forward to another 10 years of washing! And all for a fraction of the price of a new machine or a professional repair
