Cheap repair option 08 October 2018
Our Siemens washing machine stopped spinning. After a bit of diagnosis I found the brushes worn out. A couple of days later new ones arrived from espares. Had to remove the motor to gain access to one of the brushes but overall a cheap way to breathe life back into an expensive machine. Well worth doing.

For the price, well worth a gamble to repair the washer before buying a new one. Hardest part was getting motor out, not always as easy as videos appear. But saves so much money if u can do it. Good luck!

Recently pucrhased the carbon brushes from espares on the off chance that this was the fault. For the price well worth a gamble. Result, my old Siemens washing machine is now working 100% again. Not the easiest to fit but well worth the effort. thank you.

Brushes changed and Bosch Classixx Washing Machine now smoother and quieter, It wouldn't spin and kept going back to zero on the timer and these brushes fixed that, so a happy customer here.

Quality brushes 17 May 2018
Second time i have replaced brushes on Bosch washing machine. These brushes are of noticeably better quality. Machine was much quieter on switch on than previous cheap brushes which only lasted 9 months daily use.

The drum on my Bosch washing machine stopped rotating, I searched the internet and eSpares gave me a possible solution with a video on how to install new Brushes. The Brushes were such good value I paid extra for next day delivery, a bit fiddly to fit only because I didn't want to remove the motor so access was limited, the machine is as good as new now.
