  I bought these non original parts with a sense of trepidation after WASTING my money on much cheaper Ebay crap. They fitted perfectly and machine worked as good as new. Make sure you note which way round the old brushes are and simply replace facing same way as they are slanted at the end. EASY 👍👍👍

  Motor brushes, great deal 24 April 2022

  Perfect fit for our washing machine as long as you ensure a free sliding fit into the brush sleeve. Heat as the brush wears down can cause slight distortion of the sleeve so the new brush will sometimes require very minimal sanding to ensure correct fit. ESpares video tutorials were very good.

  Saved a small fortune ! 29 March 2022

  When my 18 year old Bosch washing machine refused to spin, I was initially resigned to buying a new machine. However, I came across "espares" who had a good reputation and after watching one of their YouTube video's on washing machine faults/repairs I purchased the replacement brushes. Delivery was only 2 days, and I had the machine back up and running again within the hour. Many thanks for a great service and advice, which has saved me buying a new machine unnecessarily.

  Bosch washing machine brought back to life. 04 October 2021

  My 10 yr old Bosch stopped spinning and was ready for the graveyard. Just thought I’d have a google and hey presto, ‘maybe the carbon brushes need replacing’, surely couldn’t be that easy. 12 quid later and following the instructional video from eSpares I have a fully working machine. Saved me a fortune, what can I say but thanks :).

  Replacement Brushes 27 August 2021

  These replacement bushes got my Bosch washer going following an error code fault F21. My washer does not have a large removeable backpanel to access the motor and it had to be done by placing it on its side and accessing from underneath. Still straightforward however but you will need a 10 mm ring spanner rather than a socket. No mention made in the video of the clear plastic watershield which is fitted to keep water off the motor terminals, on my model anyway. No mention made that you may have to do a programmer reset to get rid of the fault code but this can be readily found elseware on the internet.

  The only reason these don't fit FHP motors ... 05 July 2021

  These were stated to fit my WFK2801GB/01 machine, but not an FHP motor. The brushes themselves are identical size to the ones in my FHP motor (12.3x4.9mm cross-section) - the only reason they wouldn't fit straight in is that the spade terminals on the FHP motor brushes are about 1mm narrower than these, so the terminals on these are initially too wide to fit into the slots in the surrounding metal tube. That was easily rectified, allowing these cheaper brushes to be used - and they work perfectly. Makes you wonder if that was just a cynical design choice ...

  Difficult to Fit 28 May 2021

  My Bosch WFO2467GB/17 drum had stopped turning, but everything else was working, so I watched the video and bought some new brushes. The plan was good, but the access hole on the back of the machine is not big enough to get at, let alone remove the motor. I have a tumble drier stacked on top that I could not move, so had to raise the two onto some wooden blocks so the motor could be accessed from underneath. It was only just possible, but I managed it with a little help and painful bruises on both arms from manipulating the motor through the access hole and underneath. The old brushes were worn, so they needed replacing. The result was satisfactory, as the drum is now turning and the machine is fully operational. The bruises are fading... but that's a small price to pay.
