  Product exactly as described, delivered promptly, excellent value and a great video showing how to fit it, including what special tools might be required. It probably cost less than driving 5 miles into town to be told by some surly individual that the part is on back order, may be in stock in 3 weeks and Ive got to pay an exorbitant price now and phone them (at my expense) to see if it's in, and go and collect it (at my expense) and find its for the wrong model ("you've got a ******08 model mate, and this is for a ******09).   I have given only one mark for 'ease of fitting', which is a bit unfair since the product is ok but it's not all tha easy to instal. The photograph was useful in identifying the correct handle. So too was the list of compatible machines.Only the grey colour was available, which didn't matter, since it is almost invisible on a white machine. It is best to first remove the door in order to 'split' it.. I didn't..with the result that the glass fell out and might have broken had the floor been concrete or similar. I still had to remove the door anyway, to get the hinges back in. So do this first. The six screws holding the two halves of the door together are of the polydrive type, so make sure you have the right driver. Once the door is split, the pin holding the latch needs to be slid out. Replace the handle. Make sure the latch is put back in the right way round; also the spring. Note also that the glass has a notch in it for correct orientation.

  Bit of a bugger to fit (if you haven't done it before) Could have been modified to stop over-flexing. But a very good replacement part. Returning customer, will be using your services again no doubt. Five star customer service.
