  Not exactly easy 28 November 2013

  Delivery time, wonderful. Instruction video " how to replace a door handle" referred to an Indesit machine, and not to the Hoover which we have. Also the shape of the "spring" wasn't the shape as received so it took hours of fiddling, removing, watch the vid, assembling again, undoing, reassembling, watch the vid, take it apart again etc, before a very intelligent and skilled chap cracked it! however, it works. Thanks

  not showing us the same part 31 August 2013

  you are showing a easy spring system why not the one you are selling us as per the part pic. the actual one sold takes two people and a screwdriver though the hand to get it in. help us with this as when you replace the mechanism the handle is not in the right place so it has not got the tension in it.

  Quick tip: when assembling the catch feed the pin through the door bracket spring and handle on one side then push the latch from outside the door moving the spring under tension before finally pushing the pin through the catch and the other side of handle spring and bracket. Were sorry you struggled as the video is for a similar model and is a guide for many appliances.

  Door handle kit 02 July 2013

  Bought this to replace a broken one on a clients washer. I did struggle a bit fitting it and it was fiddly. But I watched the You Tube video made by E-Spares and this helped explain it in more detail. Would have been stuck without it. Thank you E-Spares you saved my bacon.

  Good value Espares! 23 October 2012

  This washing machine door catch was difficult to fit. I watched the on-line video but as the video didn't show my washing machine door exactly, it was still not easy. Your helpful suggestion about taking a photo of the original fitting before dissembling was a great idea but my catch had broken so the spring had fallen out. I therefore didn't know where to place the new spring! After struggling for an hour, I took the complete door and the new and old door catch to my brilliant DIY Dad! Even he couldn't work it out but he managed to adapt the spring and made it work. Still great value and great service from Espares.

  Easy to order 18 October 2012

  Easy to find and order on the web page. It was delivered within 2 days. No instructions so took a while to fit. Did watch one of your videos on how to fit it, although it wasn't the exact one, it was still a great help. Once I had found out how to fit it this was straight forward and easy.   Handle was perfect but was very tricky to fix, after many attempts to fix we had to google many reviews to understand exactly how the spring fitted. All now successfully fitted and working.

  Cheap part thats saved me pounds 30 January 2012

  The part was relatively inexpensive, and the video was a great help, altho it didnt give a true representation of the product as the spring shown in video was different to the one supplied, so a 5 min job took me 60 mins to fit as it didnt say in the video about placing the spring and putting the casing back together in a certain way or it didnt work, so had to figure out myself, maybe mention it in the video.

  Whoops Another Handle - Hoover Design Fault 20 January 2012

  At 5 years one month and seven days of a five year guarantee, the handle went again. This time to be repaired myself. Most importantly photograph before disassembly, the spring looks nothing like and fits nothing like the video. With care you don't need to remove the glass and after assembling incorrectly once all back together and working. As stated the handle arrives in grey (I suppose to cater for either white or silver models).
