  Nightmare to fit 27 March 2013

  First of all after a long wait I was sent an envelope with two pens and no part. After a brief phone call a new part was sent out a few days later. After watching the video on a few occasions I set about replacing the broken part after 3hrs of trying to replace the part I gave up. My bf who his the a technology teacher tried for a few hours but also gave up. He then had another go the following morning and after a stressful hour got the part fitted. obviously some wash machines will be easier to fix than others but I would strongly suggest that you pay a professional to fit this part as it was a nightmare from beginning to end.

  Replacement washing machine door handle 23 January 2012

  Not fitted this yet. The star screwdriver is not the same as a phillips, and I have noticed that the screw heads inside the door look stripped (this is a second-hand appliance). I am still using a skewer to open the door for now. Spares arrived quickly. Studied installation video and planned to have it running when I do eventually get the screwdriver.
