Tool bonus 17 March 2009
The Lamp lens is as expected and cheaper than elsewhere online, so it would be 5 stars anyway... but the real bonus is that it comes with a tool which allowed me to remove the previous broken lens without the risk of cuts or splinters, and fit the new one with ease.

Very good and even a wonderful tool to remove and install the lens. (Why didn't the manufacturers supply such a useful tool with the oven?)

Good prompt delivery. Glass oven lamp fitted easily. Packaging was flimsy. Glass was wrapped in tissue paper only and in poly bag. If arrived safely, but could have been better wrapped in bubblewrap!! Other than that brilliant service.

Bought this oven glass from espares as they had the best price. It was easy to identify the correct item on their web site as all makes and models were listed. The glass was not a stock item but it still arrived in a few days. Communication was excellent and the glass came with a fitting tool that made the job easy.

The plastic attachment sent with the lamp lens made removing the broken glass very safe and easy. Managed to install the replacement in minutes.
