  I HATE WASHING MACHINES 03 October 2013

  the spare part was excellent and the ordering and delivery were first class (loved the free pen as well). Unfortunately I am completely useless at DIY and my attempt at repairs ended with total failure (two days, several bits left over, broken detergent drawer and door won't lock) and my wife scanning the web for a new machine. Still love e spares though.

  Seal of approval!! 01 October 2013

  Delivered in a couple of days as promised. Watched the 5 min 'How to fit' video and then had a go myself. Took me less than 30 mins to fit and probably saved me a big bill from a washing machine repairer. Can't fault e-spares in any way so will definitely be using their services again.

  Good as new again. 26 September 2013

  As a result of many low temp washes using liquid detergents and not allowing the rubber door seal to dry properly, it became black and mouldy. The new door seal has transformed the washing machine into looking as good as new. With monthly clean cycles and leaving the door ajar to prevent mould, I hope the seal will stay this way. Fitting the seal was straightforward using the eSpares video instruction. One point to make is to locate the spring of the door seal retainer. This is where you use a screwdriver to remove it.

  The seal does what it's supposed to do-stops water leaking from the door. I was impressed by the delivery organisation (I chose next day) and the video on how to fit was excellent.
