  One size doesn't always fit all ... 08 April 2013

  The good news is that online product selection / ordering / delivery is great, as are the online video tutorials. The bad news is that although the item is supposed to fit my particular model (Hotpoint WML560PUK), the seal was slightly oversized and as a consequence is looser than ideal - in fact I have had to refit the seal once already. The rubber is good and stretchy so why not make it slightly smaller like the OEM version? The situation was not helped by the fact that the Hotpoint WML560PUK has the front spot welded on (as opposed to affixed with screws) making access event more tricky.

  Great price but video not that helpful at the start 23 April 2012

  I thought changing the seal would be easy, but on my Hotpoint model, Ultima WT761, the instructions for removing the top aren't adequate. Once the screws were removed the front of the lid still wouldn't budge ! More advise on this would be helpful as I can see others haven't got any further than this too
