  A2534 model Karcher 26 September 2015

  So different when a new filter is fitted, mine came with no screw to hold it in & I often found it at the bottom of the bowl , I only found out there was a screw after clogging the filter with soot & couldn't clean it so ordered a new one ,that's when I found it had to be held up with a bayonet type screw not by suction like I thought, very pleased with the outcome.

  Better than expected 13 July 2015

  I ruined my filter by using it to suck up soot, I never had a screw to hold the filter in place & didn't know till I saw the e spares advert that one was missing often finding the filter on the bottom of the bowl, was an easy thing to fit & worked a treat after, I forget how much suction it had.

  Genuine spares are best.. 21 June 2015

  A while ago I bought an aftermarket filter for my Karcher vacuum, and it turned out to be a big mistake. It clogged frequently and eventually the cardboard filter became "unglued" from the rubberised end plates of the filter. The result a progressive loss of suction and dust leakage. In my experience the genuine Karcher spare filter lasts longer up 6 months, is less affected by damp conditions in outside storage and works more effectively.
