Machine working as new! 02 July 2014
The part arrived quickly and was easy to fit. The video showing the fitting really helped. My model was slightly different to the one shown for fitting but it was easy to work out what to do after seeing the video. I would certainly recommend e-spares and their videos.

Good replacement 25 June 2014
Although the replacement element was some 60mm shorter than the original it had the same Wattage. Fitting was easy and the machine worked perfectly since. Thank you.

Not quite what I expected! 06 May 2014
When it arrived, promptly with next day delivery, the replacement heater element for my 6 year old, Bosch Classixx6 washing machine was labelled correctly as 2000 watts, not 2050 watts as your advert and phone assistant kept on insisting it should be. It was much shorter than the original and not by the original manufacturer but, fortunately, fitted ok and works fine, so far. It was the most expensive heater element I have ever bought, and I have bought several for electric hobs and fan assisted ovens but not, previously, for a washing m/c., and, there is nothing to say how long it is guaranteed/warrantied for. Your 'you tube' video was extremely good and very useful, and, with a bit of mechanical 'nouse', common sense, the correct tools and care (I found it easier to remove the door, which is lifted up slightly and forwards after the 2 screws are removed, and leave the safety switch in position) it was relatively straight forward to gain access to the front mounted heater, note the connections, remove it and refit the new element. Go careful when refitting the main front panel that you don't distort the return part (as I did) with the holes that locate over the lower, plastic lugs on each side. If you do, remove the panel and carefully ease the mounting holes out until perfectly flush again, otherwise the panel won't hold in position.

Note: This part has been supplied in the UK listed as 2050 watts for many years. Due to EEC standardisation of electrical supply voltage the supply voltage is now listed as being 230 Volts not the 240 Volts previously quoted. As a result despite the part being unchanged it is now quoted based on the lower supply voltage as being 2000 wattsEase of fitting 4.0 out of 5 Quality 3.0 out of 5 Value 2.0 out of 5 -

Problem Solved! 24 February 2014
After watching a great video on replacing the heating element in my washing machine, I spoke with a very helpful lady at eSpares to check model numbers and order a new element. Just 20 hours later the part was in my hands and a couple of hours after that our Bosch washing machine was back in action. A bit fiddly getting the front of the machine off (different model to the one in the video) but otherwise not too difficult. I don't think it gets any better than that!

2nd Element in two years!! 21 January 2014
Bought a non Bosch part from ESpares in Sept 2012 and it has failed. I have just bought and fitted the genuine Bosch part from ESpares and so will be interested to see how long this one lasts. NOTE there is a difference in length between the genuine and copy part. The ESpares service is very good and the video very helpful.

BOSCH element 25 September 2013
Bought and fitted cheaper heating element from e spares, it lasted six months so now I opted for the dearer one. Web site says it is manufactured by Bosch but no sign of this on item or packaging. Here,s hoping. Tip= always watch the how to video, very helpful

It works! 08 July 2013
I've never repaired any household item of this size before and am usually not mechanically proficient. Still, I thought I'd have a go fixing the washing machine myself before I end up having to buy a new one! I followed the video and apart from a few minor differences everything appears to be working. No leaks so far and no switches being tripped! I'm very proud of myself! :-) Oh! and well done with the videos, I'd never have figured out how to have fixed it myself without them.

Saved a bundle! 08 July 2014
The part came next day, the video was awesome...and exactly as my washer. One suggestion, how about a section on how to fasten the rubber seal back on - that took quite a bit of pulling and swearing. There must be a tip on that!
