  I bought the heating element for my Bosch WAE28363GB/02 washing machine. The video that was linked to the page described exactly how to open each panel on the machine and fit the part. It was a pain that each panel and section had very different screws. The element itself required a spanner in order to pry it away but the video made this very clear and easy to understand. Tip for others thinking of buying/who have bought this - make sure you have lots of different screwdriver heads and a spanner to hand. Results: it worked :) The item was dispatched very quickly and arrived before 8:00 a.m. on the day of delivery. I would recommend this product to a friend. Thank you eSpares

  I ordered the element and thermostat just in case and replaced both following the video. My machine no longer blows the rcd switch and works brilliantly once again. Didn't take too long either. Thank you espares for once again coming to my rescue.
