    Good Quality 31 January 2023

Good quality product. Fitted easily, but did utilise the "YouTube" guidance video by espares, which was excellent. Had to wait two weeks though as out of stock, which was the only negative.

    Bosch Classixx 6 1200 fitted like a glove 19 April 2022

Brilliant service and the video really helped fitting in our Bosch Classixx 6 1200. Many thanks and saves the machine from being recycled just yet after 14 years.

    Lasted 4 years 03 January 2022

Fitted one of these in late 2017, to replace the original heater element in our Bosch WFO2864 machine which, by this date, was 15 years old. The element has just failed: - it has lasted 4 years. Not sure if 4 years is the designed service life, but it was certainly not a patch on the original!

    Easy fix 17 December 2019

After following your online video replacement was easy. I would reiterate a couple of points others have made: UNPLUG IT FROM THE MAINS FIRST. When extracting the old element have a couple of bowls one at a time to collect the water which will escape probably around 1-2 litres. The old element will be a little reluctant to come out even after backing the nut right off and hitting it with wooden block and hammer so use a flat screwdriver to prise it out. If done with caution the water will drain under control. Another point which has been made but not in the video ... take the glass door off two screws and lift up and out makes it much easier to reassemble as it is quite a counter weight otherwise. So easy job took maybe 20 mins including getting the few tools together .. star drives Flat driver Hammer and pliers to squeeze the Earth terminal tight as new one was too loose. Reason for replacing the element was the machine was tripping the RCD

    Probably didn't need it 08 November 2017

IMPORTANT check that your old element is actualy faulty before purchasing this. Whilst this element does what it is supposed to do, I may be jumped the gun buying it as when fitted it still would not heat the water in my machine and so I had to replace another component too (the heater element sensor, that fits in to the element itself). The machine now appears to work ( only after replacing the sensor as well), i.e the water is now heating, having a new element in a 10 year old machine is probably worth the spend as it should be more efficient at heating the water as won't be all scaled up, it could be considered not necessary as was quite expensive to purchase. As to fitting it, it was very easy, just watch the eSpares video on how to, although for a Bosch machine, you need not take the top or control panel off. I recommend you simply take the door hinge off (to allow for easier door seal re-fitting), remove the lower screw behind soap draw, and the two screws behind the bottom panel, the front panel then slides down and out with ease, refitting is straightforward too.  REMEMBER though, unlike the new machine shown in the video yours will no doubt have water in it, when you remove the element a small amount of water will come out, but draining via the small hose overcomes this. Hopefully the above will be viewed as useful and constructive.

Excellent service from eSpares 29 August 2017

Ordered on Monday and washing machine up and running Tuesday afternoon. Good instructions on you-tube. Only thing I might add is when refitting door seal on door apply some washing up liquid to the seal and it will slide on easily.

Great for fixing my machine! 05 April 2017

When my washing machine stopped working it also tripped the mains rcd box. I used a search engine on the web to see if there was a solution and hey presto! There was a video by Espares demontrating what part I needed and how to fit it. Not only that, my washing machine was almost identical to the one demonstrated on! I've never fixed a washing machine before but everything went smoothly and the part fitted fine and it everything works fine!

Saved buying a new machine 16 August 2016

My Bosch washing machine was tripping the electrics in the house, after some testing and research the signs were that it was the heating element. I took a punt and decided to buy and fit the part myself. Fitting was fairly easy, the video on the eSpares web site helped a lot. Problem solved.
