  Item arrived on time. Because my Karcher was an older model I needed to use the adaptor which was supplied. When trying to fit the adaptor because it had a metal thread and the pressure washer had plastic it was almost impossible to not get it crossed threaded and in the end it went on cross threaded but through shear luck it went on far enough not to leak and stay on

  A Good Replacement, But! 02 August 2016

  This is an updated version of that supplied with my K7. It does a good job but does not feel as robust as the original and may not withstand rough handling as well as the older model. The 'quick fit' feature is easy to use, only time will tell if it is better than the screw on and 'C' clip fittings. New equipment is supplied with this type of handgun and hose so there is really no choice now. The hose is slightly thinner and the overall impression is that it feels 'cheaper' than the one it replaces, - but that's life these days!

  The new hose fitted to my K3.99 model is a much more practical piece of kit. It allows a quick coonection avoiding cross-threading plastic parts as well as much more convenient handling of the stiff hose. The gun fits all my old lance, brush and other fittins. Storage of the hose is also easier.
