  Some more information than on the replacement box needed. 18 June 2018

  I ordered the pressure washer hose and gun as my old one had been severed in an accident. There were no instructions on the box other than a few pictures of the various components. Presumably Karcher expect the user to be able to figure it out (why?). The rubber hose has to be inserted into the gun by first depressing the small yellow button and to fit right in. It cannot be loose under any circumstances otherwise the water gushes out from parts of the gun. The new adaptor into the rear end of the unit has a metal thread which is much toucher than the plastic thread of my old Karcher machine and has, after several attempts to fit it on, caused some damage so now it is not straight but askew. Finally, there is no explanation of why a hose reel cannot be used. Will it work if totally unwound. I have yet to find out but we shall see this weekend.

  Speedy helpful delivery 09 April 2015

  Easily ordered, speedily delivered but a enquiry made at the time regarding fitting remains unfortunately unanswered. The fittings supplied are unlike those on perhaps my older model.Very unlike Espares

  Good product: poor instructions 12 June 2012

  To be clear, the prpoduct is good quality, the service in terms of speed of delivery was also very good. Packaging more than adequate! The problem was how does it fit with my old 720 MX machine. The website said that it was compatible, hence the purchase. It even indicated the need for the adapter where the pressure hose connects to the machine itself. what it didn't do was tell me that I had to use the new gun, as the pressure hose connector was a radically different design. So, sfter much fiddling about, I decided to contact the service people, by em and phone. EM, as ever seems to be the case with companies, is slow (wasn't it originally supposed to faclitate quick communication?). However, a call enabled me to talk to a real person, extremely helpful, who confirmed what I was concluding myself. Armed with the confidence of needing to change the gun, all I had to do then was interchange the pressure head to the new gun - not easy given the age of the old gun. Once done, all is well. Shame I had to waste the old gun which was perfectly service-able.

  Pressure washer can be used again! 14 March 2012

  Expensive but appears to be good quality. Quick release hose and extra length useful. Gun has quick release button but hose snaps into adaptor on pump and its not apparent how to get it out again, and no instructions. Maybe it will be easier when it is worn in a little.

  Good product very difficult to fit 30 September 2011

  Karcher have come up with a simple replacement for a burst HP hose. They provide an adaptor to upgrade the fitting to push on ,However it was a major operation to replace remove the old hose on my old modeland required much wd 40 and very large stillsons to remove the hose . Not cheap either

  Good service not sure about product 29 June 2011

  New Hose and Gun delivered within a couple of days to replace broken one. Worked for about half an hour then pressure dropped. Water started leaking from connection and this rapidly progressed to water leaking from main body of machine. Started with a leaking hose and after spending £45 now have to buy a whole new pressure washer!

  I was delighted to get the part in the short time it took the value was very good and the only thing I felt was bad was that I did not get a wand with it , I can take the blame for not paying attention to detail however I would lkke to have the business end of the handle as soone as you can ,celticclocks
