  The upgrade to Karcher washers from screw-in to quick release is well worth having. The adaptor and gun are as I would expect but the hose is still CHEAP AND NASTY. Lets see how long this hose lasts

  Excellent but expensive 22 February 2011

  I purchased this product because the thread on my existing pressure hose was stripped. The product is good and very easy to fit. It is just annoying that one has to buy a complete kit just to replace a stripped thread. But now,at least, there are no threads to strip.

  Essential Purchase - replacement part 02 February 2011

  Difficulty in replacing part, not easy fitted. Had to dismantle machine in depth not easy. Less technical person may of struggled with this.

  My older 411A machine feels like a new washer again with this new easy fit hose and gun. The hose is much lighter and easier to handle than the previous metal braided type. My only criticism is the price which applies to all Karcher spares.

  Good but expensive 31 May 2010

  Had to purchase this as the thread had stripped on old connector. Even though eSpares are the cheapest on the net this is an expensive item. For the same money you can get a complete unbranded washer... however the quality is excellent and it converts the pressure connection to quick release...and so shouldn't strip like the old one did... so begrudgingly almost worth the money. Now all I have to do is save up for an extension hose so I don't have to move the washer around when cleaning the car and patio !

  OK but not exactly right! 31 March 2010

  Well, you asked! Price & service excellent BUT the part was not an exact replacement for the machine specified. I had to fit the hose and the pistol (which was the only part requiring replacement) as the pistol would not fit on to the old hose. However, as the link to the machine spindle is a little larger than the original, it protrudes & makes rewinding the hose tricky as it tends to hit the machine's frame. Not a major problem but irritating. Maybe I just got the wrong part?!
