Light cover was impossible to remove manually. With this tool it took five seconds ! Why on earth is this plastic tool not included in the cost of the oven? Come on Neff !

Great item, couldn't believe how easy it was to remove the bulb casing. Wore some rubber gloves for extra grip but really didn't need it. Agree with others that this item should be supplied by Neff when they know this is an issue with their ovens.

Having big problems trying to remove oven lamp. having seen this product advertised on eSpares I thought would give it a try as no way could I remove it. Ordered removal tool. arrived when they stated it would. Absolutely fantastic used it and lo and behold it was off. Highly recommended.

Having struggled for ages trying unsuccessfully to unscrew my oven light cover, I found this. Simple to use and appears to be very good quality. I would like to shake the hand of the inventor although it is a pity the designer of the over bulb cover didn't include a sensible grip!

Glass cover now off to enable replacement of bulb 21 April 2019
Bit tricky at first but after spraying cleaner around the top of the glass cover it eventually shifted. Replaced bulb and very happy to have the light back on. Part much cheaper than the oven manufacturers site so good value.

The plastic tool slips and does not fit snugly. It won't give the correct support around the glass dome. Some better method of lighting is required for the so called quality oven, not happy.

Perfect tool for the job 03 May 2020
The lamp cover in our Neff oven was cross threaded and well and truly stuck. The tool fitted perfectly and hey presto the lamp cover was removed. I used the tool to refit the lamp cover as it ensured the cover did not cross thread again.
