  Good product - not the easiest to fit 25 February 2017

  My washing machine drum was very unstable and kept damaging the gasket. There was also play front to back. Espares info suggested the symptoms indicated worn bearings which were duly ordered and arrived quickly. Unfortunately on dismantling the machine (very good video) I discovered it wasn't the bearings, but the spider, which was in three pieces. Espares only sells the spider with the bearings and I sent a message to send me the spider, as I already had the bearings. However, I didn't get a reply and ended up getting the spider elsewhere. Having said that, I decided to replace the espares bearings anyway, following their video advice. It wasn't easy and required a lot of hammering, but the job was eventually completed and the machine is now singing sweetly! Espares videos are very informative - pity the spider and bearings are not sold separately.

  Always find what I want 13 September 2016

  Hope these bearings will last longer than 18months. It's a big job to fit them, so glad my husband is an engineer. An oven element also had to be replaced in a similar period of time, let's hope my luck has turned. I will continue to use you.

  Washing Machine Bearing Kit 30 September 2015

  Slightly disappointed ... I changed these bearing only last October 2014 so I thought I would check my account's previous orders to see which bearings I needed, 35 or 30mm. Nothing listed. I phoned your help desk check which bearing I would need as my washing machine model was not listed in your web pages. Short and sharp, 'sorry can't help you,you will have to take you machine apart and measure the spindle diameter'. Hang on I had the same bearings from your last year ... oh ... pause, you need 35mm bearings. End of conversation. Went back online placed the order and arrived within two days ... very good ! Thank you.

  GOOD VALUE AFTERMARKET KIT 13 May 2015

  This bearing set and seal arrived in ultra quick time next day delivery so 5 star service. I had already dismantled my machine so knew the correct sizes. The bearings are average quality generic replacements and were easy to fit but correct technique is vital. I am a retired mechanic so have access to all the professional installation kit. This job can be done without the kit by any competent mechanical person but if you have never done it before you need to take advice. I would certainly recommend this company because they have taken the trouble to include everything necessary without having to shop around. Video instructions on line are excellent. I will be using them again

  Very good quality 30 May 2014

  Was happy to find they fitted perfectly and the selection for the parts pointed me to the correct size. Never would have dreamed of doing this work but was very easy couple of hours and the machine is now silent. We can hear the TV again!

  Watch video before attempting to dismantle 19 August 2013

  If seized spray shaft with wd40 and you may have to use a lump hammer and drift to release bearings.Have a file and tap ready incase you bure shaft or threads.

  All Quiet Now! 18 July 2013

  Good info on web page ensured I had the right item for my M/c. Appear good quality at present - I suppose it depends on how long they last. Had to give drum bearing shaft a good clean as old inner bearing rusted on. Had to use a lump hammer on a dummy bolt & washer in the end of the shaft to hit hard enough to remove without damaging the shaft. All ok in the end though.

  Bearing Kit done what it said on the tin. 02 December 2012

  The kit came with no instructons however the online tutorial was clear and concise. What it didn't tell me was how difficult it might be to knock out the shaft. Mine has seized solid and had to take a 2lb block hammer to it. When it finally came out the threaded key was badly splayed and I had to take an angle grinder to it and grind it back to a good thread. This done I polished the drum shaft and re-inserted it with the new bearings. Worked a treat and purrs like new.
