  Having recently bought an inner door trim for my washing machine I admit I am thrilled! Thats not just because I have repaired my machine but also because of the staff. Although there was a slight delay on delivery the customer service people were excellent. They explained the situation and left me in no doubt that they were sorry for the delay and that they would do everything they could to resolve the situation - they did exactly that and I was very happy!   I was very pleased when I found your website and the ease that I was able to order my part. I received the part in a few days which was excellent. The part was not easy to fit but that was not your fault. I had to use the original screws which ideally needed a special key which I did not have.   Despite being a complete "duffer" ay anything connected with "things Mechanical or electrical" I managed to instal the part concerend without too much dificulty. I would have no hesitation in making a different purchase
