When the door broke off my washing machine, I assumed I'd have to buy a whole new door. But the glass was ok so with the help of a customer service member via Chat, we identified that I could just replace the inner rim of the door. It arrived early the next day and hubby fitted it with ease. Job Done. Thanks Espares.
