  having watched the on line video I eventually found it very easy to fit. At first I tried to connect the new element through the aperture to the rear of the oven, after several unsuccessful attempts, I gave up; then I removed the oven from its housing, took off the back plate. From there on it became a simple matter to connect the wires correctly. I had already screwed in the element from inside the oven. I found it necessary to renew the Female Spade terminals, which were burnt and ill fitting. I also removed the securing clips from the old element and fitted them to the new one. Hopefully to minimise the possibility of Element Distortion. Robert
