Didn't fit! Be careful. 30 June 2011
Very disappointed. I thought this tool was going to solve the problem I had of not being able to remove the lamp housing. Sadly it is totally the wrong fit despite the item being advertised as being suitable for all Neff cookers and hobs. Equally annoyingly, I had ordered a replacement lamp as well so that is now surplus to requirements. Fortunately not an expensive mistake but a warning - make sure you are certain that this will fit your appliance. In response to one reviewer who says that the product is unecessary and you can remove the lamp housing with fingers - fine, if you have strength in your fingers!.

Cheap and nasty 28 June 2011
This didn't fit that well on my Siemens oven. It was OK for the top oven but not for the bottom oven which had seized. It would be OK as a tool to regularly remove the lamp cover for cleaning but if the cover is seized then only very patient tapping with a soft hammer is likely to work. Basically its slightly too small to fit the cover snugly but too soft to exert enough force. I'd buy an original.

Although the description said it would fit all Neff cookers it was too small and could not be used With the cost being low I decieded not to return it

i bought it thinking i'm paying postage so i may as well do it all together incase i do need it, well i don't need it and can not see any reason why i would! as to be the most useless thing ever! yes it does do its job, but so does my fingers with out it.

The tool fit the bulb cover perfectly, but it didn't turn the cover. It feels like the cover is not meant to screw off. We removed the over door and made a real effort to screw off the cover.

Didn't think this would work as its so difficult to get lamp holders off! As soon as I turned with the lamp cover tool it moved!! Easy wish I new about this before, well worth buying BRILLIANT TOOL !!!

Had tried for ages to remove the lamp cover with no sucess, was driving me potty. The new tool did it in seconds, should have bought it ages ago.

You have to have this little gizmo. Always struggled to fit the bulbs in the oven, this little gadget made it a very easy job with no struggles.

Brilliant tool, excellent value! 21 August 2011
I was nervous about getting this because I wasn't sure that it would fit my Neff oven, but was fed up with the broken light. The lamp cover was impossible to remove, and I tried the hammer/wood trick, which seemed to work for others but not me. However, I put the tool on the cover, twisted with virtually no effort, and the stubborn lamp cover moved easily! I am really really happy with this tool!
