  This was a great buy, only issue was the tool did not help getting the old one out as it had already broken off leaving the screw end in the oven. Just had to break it out , the tool really is only useful putting the new one in!

  Good service,wrong product. 23 January 2015

  Everything you did was very helpful,unfortunately it was for the bottom oven not the top which is the one I wanted.However for the price I decided to keep it in case the bottom does break.I tried to order through Siemens and they put me through to you, which apparently you do not stock.I hopefully have ordered one through Siemens which I hope will be right.Thanks for help and promt service.

  Replacement 03 November 2014

  Needed a new lens due to earlier replacement (sourced from E -spares) shattered while removing for cleaning. May have been a faulty part ? or integrity compromised due to upper oven higher temperatures. Will monitor.

  Handy fitting device included 12 September 2014

  I ordered an oven lamp cover for our Neff oven which e-spares helpfully traced for me as it was not to be found on the website. This is the third glass lamp cover that has shattered in ten years from new. It came very efficiently and very well packaged by Royal Mail although I had to collect it from sorting office as it was too large for our letter box and although we were at home the post man did not ring long or loud enough for us to hear him... The provided fixing device which came with the cover was extremely helpful and will be very useful when we next have to replace the lamp cover. E-spares are very efficient thank you.

  Quick delivery from espares but had to use another tool to remove... 16 June 2014

  The old glass had broken off just at the end of the thread so the tool supplied would not grip. So I took another tool: A jemmy which, given a sharp tap from a hammer, shattered the remains of the old glass for removal. Surprised to find that when the glass shatters it breaks into tiny extremely sharp splinters, many nearly invisible. So I recommend if you remove old glass this way, line the oven with newspaper first, tap out any loose glass from the holder, then use a vacuum extension to thoroughly vacuum out the glass housing and oven before refitting new glass. Marked down on quality because I think this should be safety glass as used in car windshields. The tool is well worth keeping for future bulb replacement.

  Threaded Glass Oven Lamp Lens 13 February 2014

  Bought the new Threaded Glass Oven Lamp Lens and seperately the tool to remove the glass only to receive the Glass Oven Lamp Lens and two removing tools. The website needs to indicate that the removing tool is provided with a new Glass Oven Lamp Lens! Otherwise the glass light cover is just right and with the correct tool easy to replace.

  Exactly what we ordered 05 January 2014

  The part we ordered for our cooker was exactly what we wanted. What pleased my husband even more was the fact that it came with a tool that the part fitted on to, making it very easy to fit in a very confined space.

  Replacement oven light cover 07 November 2013

  Just the job!, came with handy tool to remove old one & to attach new one. Although my glass had broken prior to buying, the tool was unable to remove so i had to break remaining glass to remove.
