This was purchased for an elderly neighbour who was highly impressed with the speed of delivery and ease of fitting after placing the order. She will definitely use e-spares again should the need arise.

Received the very next day (without opting for next day delivery), multiple updates on the status of my order, also with an option of leaving a message for the driver of where to leave the parcel should I be out. I even got a timescale of an hour time slot so I didn't have to wait in all day. Excellent service, will definitely use again and recommend to others

Had to phone to get the part I needed as my oven model didn't show on the website. Very fast delivery, fitted in 2 minutes. a little expensive, but cheaper than buying a new oven!!

Ordering an exact replacement for the shattered inner glass panel for my 15 year old oven was simplicity itself. Ordered Sunday afternoon from Espares web site. Delivered and fitted Wednesday morning. Excellent, efficient and swift service.
