Something I couldn't get here in France 02 October 2016
When my oven door glass exploded I attempted to get one locally but as with most things here if they cant find it immediately they lose interest. I tried your company and was delighted to be able to order a replacement. Unfortunately the replacement arrived broken, I 'phoned your company and your representative was absolutely brilliant, no quibble a new one dispatched and an apology, something we living here are not used to. In all in less than 2 weeks a new door is in place. Thank you for the amazing service and I have recommended your company to my contacts here.

Very easy to replace with the new one. Haven't had any experience of how easy it might be to clean, the old one was pretty difficult to clean because the hot splashes seemed to weld themselves to the glass.

My oven door shattered on a Sunday afternoon as I had used espares before I went straight to their website found what I wanted easily. I placed my order, it arrived at the designated time, I unwrapped it and it slipped into place and I got on with baking my granddaughters birthday cake. Good quality and money well spent

Oven saved with new glass 20 October 2015
The larger half of my New World double oven was put out of action by the glass shattering. Couldn't find the model number but identified the right replacement glass from its dimensions. It was rather expensive for a chunk of glass, but it slipped in perfectly and easily between the grooves on the door of the oven and it was back in working order within seconds.

Easy to find on line and all we had to do was get the measurement right as there were two sizes available. Order acknowledged quickly and I was kept informed with e-mails as to delivery times and dates etc. Brilliant service and would definately use e-spares again
