  Quality/design issues 06 February 2011

  I am ordering my second pair of handles, after the third breakage of the refrigerator door handle. Easily fitted but there is clearly a design or quality fault as the handle does not come in for any mistreatment or abuse.

  Design problem 25 January 2011

  This is now the 4th handle i have fitted to my fridge freezer in 8yrs, there is clearly a weak area where the handle attaches to the door side as they allways break here across the 2 screw holes .. at least new ones are easy to fit

  design fault - not up to the job 10 April 2009

  This is the second time I've had to replace this part. It fails at the point where it meets the edge of the door and is obviously not of suficient strength for the job - black mark Bosch! There is only myself and my wife in the house so it won't have been abused by kids.

  needs cutting down to fit 13 February 2009

  Does not exactly match the picture on the website - only one screw hole and no supplied screws or cover. Does not match style or colour of original on the fridge KSV32320GB. Insert too large and had to be shaved down with a Stanley knife to fit in the slot but I got it in in the end.
