  Tumble Dryer Thermostats 15 September 2015

  Parts arrived as requested but they took a week to get to me from order. Ordered on standard delivery and they were supposed to be in stock, so I would have expected about 3 or 4 days. Have used espares before and will again as their prices are good.

  A bit puzzling 09 December 2014

  I bought these stats because I thought that was the problem,unfortunately it was something else, that said, it was impossible to know which one went where,unless I missed something . These arrived very quickly as per the norm with e spares with just a blob of yellow on one and green on the other, if I were to need more I would definatly go for the genuine ones to hopefully avoid this problem, I admit I shouldn't of been such a tight ass in the first place.

  Easy job inspite of no instructions 24 September 2013

  Video was very clear even used exactly the same model as mine but there was no instruction sheet and the video said it was important to refer to this. I eventually saw this sheet on the manufacturer's website and it just refers to the correct thermostat for each model which you should have sorted before ordering anyway. Trying to sort this out took much longer than the job (just replace the green spot one correctly) and there was absolutely no help from espares to explain this.

  lack of instructions 09 August 2012

  The on-line video was clear and discussed a set of instructions which would be included with a pair of thermostats in the pack but no instructions were included. I could find nothing on the net was left to use my judgement. The actual fitting was easy enough - I just was not sure which way round to put the two thermostats So the quality and price seem good. Delivery excellent. I did expect a guidence note.

  perfect 2nd attempt 29 March 2011

  The first set that arrived had a fault but unfortunately I did not test for conductivity before I fitted the part. For the price and speed I just repeated my order and was more careful the 2nd time. Didn't bother asking for my money back as it was still far cheaper than getting a tradesman in to do the work! TEST FIRST if you can!
