Returning Items
We obviously hope you're totally happy with your eSpares purchase. But if you've had a change of heart or if the item doesn't fit, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund. It must be in resalable condition and in the original packaging or we won't be able to refund you.
If the item is faulty or defective then we're really sorry. Return it to us within 14 days in the condition you received it and we'll arrange a refund or for a replacement part to be sent to you.
To return an item you'll need a Returns Number. Here's what you need to do:
- Sign in to Your Account.
- Select View Your Orders and then View or Change Order.
- Click the Return Items button.
- Select the item(s) you would like to return, and answer a few simple questions, then click Request Returns Number.
What next?
We'll check your request and email you your Returns Number and an address label that you can print out. (If you've not got a printer, just write your Returns Number on the delivery note and include with the item - please don't write on the packaging!)
Pop your item in a jiffy bag or other appropriate packaging. Post it back to us within 14 days of getting your Returns Number to:

Please make sure you get proof of postage in case your item gets lost in the post.
If your item is particularly heavy or fragile, please contact us for advice on returning.
We'll check your return and, if everything's OK, refund what you've paid for it within 5 working days.
Sorry, but we aren't allowed to accept returns of shaver parts for personal hygiene reasons.
