Good service always worry that when you order spares on line, when they arrive they are not the right ones for the product not in the case fitted no problem. Miele parts are expensive and found espares the best value after checking numerous other suppliers.

I love my Meile vaccum and considered buying a new one but instead I bought the turbobrush and it has given the cleaner a new lease of life! espares customer service was excellent as I ordered the wrong part and they exchanged it and credited my account as soon as they received the part back. I'd definitely use them again. Thanks

With two cats & dark colored rugs pet hairs are a nightmare. This turbo brush is fantastic, removes pet hairs so quickly. Fits my Miele vacuum just great. Does what it says....

  • Q is this suitable for hard/wood floors? 1 Answer

    By MPM - London - 21 March 2016

    • A
Although it could be used on hard floors the purpose of a rotating brush or beater bar is to agitate carpets to help release dust and dirt so this would be more useful on rugs and carpets.

  • Q how do you remove the brush for cleaning? 1 Answer

The brush has stopped spinning, and I have taken off the cover plate, but can't get the brush out. There is a bracket holding it in place, which I assume should pop off somehow, but I can't get it off, so can't get to the belt or to clean the brush itself. Any help appreciated! thank you.

Very difficult, this does not seem to be made with cleaning in mind, only with (expensive) replacement. I found hair and such like gets wrapped around the brush and finally jams it. All I could do was cut through the hair with a knife and pull it out, not 100% successfully. Like you,I found it impossible to remove the brush for cleaning.

  • Q The brush has stopped working and the hazard light has come on. 1 Answer

I have a miele s316i (cat & Dog) model and the beater brush has stopped working and the orange hazard light on the beater brush housing. does that indicate the motor has gone bad or some other problem? I've taken the housing apart, cleaned, checked connections, verified parts are free moving.

Hi Dano, if the brushroll isn't turning, it could well be the drive belt is damaged or broken. If you take the tool apart you should be able to get a closer and see if there's a problem. I'd also check for blockages in the hoses and ducting. If there's a burning smell, it'd be your motor. Hope this helps!

belt slack/broken/worn, or tool clogged with dust, pet fur, etc, i would suggest strip and clean and examine for wear.
