Impressed with the ease of ordering and the efficiency of delivery.very professional.we were on the verge of having to buy a new karcher washer until we dealt with you.the spares that you sent were exactly right.thankyou
There does not seem to be an obvious groove for the @o@ ring to fit into. I messed the current one by it going into the locking slot. Do you have a diagram that shows its position. Your video doesn't really help as it doesn't show the 'O'ring in place or how to refit the assembly.

If you contact us with the full model details of your appliance, we should be able to send you a line drawing of your appliance which should hopefully help. If you do require further assistance please contact Karcher directly or a technician. Hopefully this link helps:

I have a Karcher 310. Yesterday the motor made a small "pop" sound and the water pressure dropped, and water started coming thro the vents in the back of the machine (and still thro the lance). Could you please advise what the problem is and what part I will need to hopefully fix this problem. The motor is still working.

Hi Deckie, I'm going to refer you to the instruction manual for your model, which can be viewed here: http://www.espares.co.uk/datastore/ProductManuals/561741.pdf
If you go to page 18 of the document, it has a troubleshooting guide with ways you can diagnose the cause of your problem.
