The fitting time for this part was only 30 seconds max, great. It was a direct replacement for the original paddle which had broken lose in the washing machine earlier in the week. I am very pleased Ive found this web site as it is nice and easy to use and get your new parts ordered without any hassle at all. Excellent stuff.

I found a great find of a spare I needed and the price was significantly less than the original manufactures product. They worked and now my machine is fully functional.

  • Q Why do my paddles keep breaking? 1 Answer

I am on my third set in 6 weeks, costing a fortune! Why do they keep breaking? Is it possible to glue them in place?

    By Michelle - Colchester - 07 February 2015

It is not possible to glue them, make sure they clip in place and do not come loose if pulled. Check the machine drains from full to empty in under 50 seconds. if not check for a blockage. Also ensure there is enough washing in to prevent clothes floating in the drum and being hit by the paddles as this will damage them.

  • Q Help! All my drum paddles have fell off in one wash! 1 Answer

All 3 paddles fell off in the same wash. It was very noisey and when I checked the paddles have fell off and the metal clips have also fell off! This apparently is not covered in the 1 year warranty. So if I get these will they actually clip on securely without the clips?

If the metal 'tab'on the drum that holds the paddle in place is not locking the paddle will come off. Speak to a local washing machine engineer as he may be able to fit a stainless self tapping screw to hold them in place. If not it is a new drum if the clips do not hold the paddles.

  • Q One of my drum paddles broke off and the little hooks that held it in place snapped off. When I have replaced the paddle will it still be safe to use with the broken off bits still somewhere in the machine? 1 Answer

It is quite likely the part will flush through to the drain pump and jam it stopping it from draining. Do not leave the machine unattended until this is flushed into the filter by the pump and removed.
