    Well packed and delivered in good time - BUT electical spade connectors face down where original fitment were upwards - One lead was too short to reach and I had to carefully bend up the spade without disturbing the element end

    Once again eSpares have saved me a lot of money and the fact that it took just 15 mins to replace proved how DIY + common sense + a reputable firm (eSpares)can save a fortune. I reckon that a Hotpoint engineer would have charged at least £70 for this job, cost me £42 for the part (incl P&P)
