Description

This detergent dispenser is a genuine part and will easily fit select models of Bosch, Neff and Siemens dishwasher. Please check the list of appliances prior to ordering to ensure this is the right part for you.

Detergent Dispenser fitting tip:

  1. Unplug from mains
  2. Remove stainless steel cover with torx screw driver, leave the two larger screws each side that hold the hinges in place.
  3. There is a cable tidy which is attached to the inside of the dispenser - remove carefully
  4. Unplug the connectors to the old dispenser then carefully cut the top plastic lugs off the old dispenser and it will come away easily. Beware the stainless steel edges are sharp.
  5. Replacement is a reversal of the removal. Press the new dispenser in firmly as it must 'click' into place to be secured by the stainless steel lugs.

pleased to be able to get this part, a bit more difficult to fix than shown on espares web site as I was fixing to an integrated dishwasher and had the heavy wooden panel to contend with. but it's fixed and working

Easy to fit, but read all the comments first. Lots of useful hints, eg use washing up liquid as lubricant.

  • Q Replacement dispenser has two connector terminals my old one has just one at the center bottom. 1 Answer

Detergent Dispenser e-spares stock no ES481643 IS confirmed as compatible with Neff S5443X1GB/17 dishwasher, but comes with an extra terminal at rinse aid side, for which there is no lead on the Neff to connect to it. If I continue to fit the spare you sent WILL IT WORK? I will not invalidate a spare part if it will never work. If it is compatible why no explanation as to the redundancy of the extra terminal? I would appreciate a quick response to this query please. E-spares order no 4711359

The two connections are for the solenoid that opens the door and dispenses the rinse aid at the end of the cycle and the rinse aid level detector. On some machines the level detector may not be used.

Are there any "first check the" items you may be able suggest to get to the bottom of why my Bosch dishwasher does everything except get hot? Seems as though the water is not heating at all, just wondered whether you could suggest a first instance.... go to....very much appreciated. First rate espares service by the way....10/10

  • Q Model SGV4313GB/17 need a replacement detergent dispenser. my door is timber , solidly fitted to the machine to match the kitchen units. Can I remove the inner panel of the unit to access the dispense? 1 Answer

Every integrated dish washer I have come across has the kitchen unit door fitted on the outer panel that has to be removed before removing the door panel. The inner liner is usually fitted to the hinges and is the last part of a door to be removed.

  • Q DOOR REMOVAL FOR INTEGRATED MODEL 1 Answer

MODEL SHV43A03GB/17 has an integrated door. Is door removal still as simple as shown on the video please?

There are a number of ways cabinet doors are attached to integrated machines, on dishwashers they generally have long wood screws that pass through the door 'edge' and sometimes once these are removed you may have to slide the door panel to disengage from the door.

  • Q Slightly Different Connector 1 Answer

Hi, I note you state that this item will fit into a Bosch SGS5358GB/17 but I have found that one of the connectors (the one near the rinse aid) is different to mine. Yours has a connector on the side whereas the one I am trying to replace has it near the other connector. Can you advise Many thanks in advance Chris

Hi Chris. That is strange, In have the exact same model as you and this part was a direct swap for the old one. Perhaps your machine was a different batch? Are the connectors going to fit at all or are they physically different? I have attached a picture of the old (broken) assembly which was original on my machine to see if that helps you - is yours different?
