Dishwasher Detergent Dispenser Assembly

If you are finding that the detergent is not being dispensed in to your dishwasher as usual, it could be due to a faulty dispenser. Help ensure that your dishes and cutlery continue to come out as clean as possible, by having a fully working dispenser. This replacement dishwasher dispenser from eSpares could be just what you need to get back to a fully working dishwasher again - and back to sparkling dishes!

Detergent Dispenser fitting tip:

  1. Unplug from mains
  2. Remove stainless steel cover with torx screw driver, leave the two larger screws each side that hold the hinges in place.
  3. There is a cable tidy which is attached to the inside of the dispenser - remove carefully
  4. Unplug the connectors to the old dispenser then carefully cut the top plastic lugs off the old dispenser and it will come away easily. Beware the stainless steel edges are sharp.
  5. Replacement is a reversal of the removal. Press the new dispenser in firmly as it must 'click' into place to be secured by the stainless steel lugs.

  • Q rinse aid needs topping up every couple of washes or dishes smell. there doesn't seem to be a leak on the dispenser as rinse aid is always visible any suggestions. Will a new dispensers help 1 Answer

Unlike conditioner in a washing machine rinse aid does not change the smell of the load. to avoid smells ensure to rinse all food particles of the plates if not washing immediately. Also try our machine cleaner (see our video: )

  • Q The soap dispenser door on this replacement part isn't opening either. Could it be the dishwasher control board or some other problem? 1 Answer

I'd bought this part as a replacement to cure the problem of the dishwasher soap dispenser not opening but unfortunately it hasn't worked. Model: Tecnik E-Nr SE6TIE1GB/13 FD 7908 300134

As both dispensers have the same problem the fault is likely to be the control board but start a short wash cycle without the top basket in place. A minute or two after starting 'washing' you may hear a slight buzz noise for a few seconds as the solenoid is energised to release the door. If you hear this and the door still does not open it may be jammed.

  • Q Do you sell just the lid on its own (as suggested in the useful video)? The part of the lid that pushes against the blue lever appears worn. 1 Answer

    My model is Tecnik SE6TIE1GB/29

  • Q Replacement dispenser has two connector terminals my old one has just one at the center bottom. 1 Answer

Detergent Dispenser e-spares stock no ES481643 IS confirmed as compatible with Neff S5443X1GB/17 dishwasher, but comes with an extra terminal at rinse aid side, for which there is no lead on the Neff to connect to it. If I continue to fit the spare you sent WILL IT WORK? I will not invalidate a spare part if it will never work. If it is compatible why no explanation as to the redundancy of the extra terminal? I would appreciate a quick response to this query please. E-spares order no 4711359

The two connections are for the solenoid that opens the door and dispenses the rinse aid at the end of the cycle and the rinse aid level detector. On some machines the level detector may not be used.
