If you are in a hard water area it is probably blocked with limescale. Try using Stock Number: ES1641313 to clear the scale.

  • Q why does my russell hobbs steam iron lose water when i press steam button 1 Answer

There are a number of possible causes from a split or loose pipe to condensation build up on cooler surfaces. However the first thing to do (if you haven't already) is to flush with a descaling liquid to break down and clear limescale as this may be the cause.
