The info on the web page said this part would fit my dishwasher and it did. It was easy enough to fit and the dishwasher is working again. The part appears to be of good quality.

I had an issue where the latch would not close. I had this once before and I got an engineer to fix. This time I did it myself. On the (7 year old) kenwood dishwasher I have - it's a bit tricky - you have to undo all the screws and then the top 2 on the latch - once I removed it I realised my old one was just in the "locked" position and I suspect it would have worked without a new part - but in either case fitting was fairly simple. Now works well. This product also comes with the electrical switch which I didn't realise as I used my old one.
