I have just moved into a new house. The carbon filter in the cooker hood looks exactly like this one Proline: there is no name on the hood - just a symbol I don't recognise and model no. 60CHIC WH and "made in Italty. The diameter of the carbon filter is 24 cm. What size is this one? If it does not fit, can I return it?

How often should the carbon filter be changed and which grease filter complements it the best?

We recommend changing the carbon filter at least once every six months. We do not stock a filter exclusive to the H600W hood but do stock a universal model here: http://www.espares.co.uk/part/cooker-hoods/proline/h600w/p/1091/1169/0/452149/655011/universal-carbon-filter-f.html
