These hinges are exactly the same as the ones I replaced and relatively easy to do. Just take the side off the dishwasher and swap them over. Refer to the hinge on the other side if the one you are replacing is broken and you aren't sure where all the bits go.

Q Diplomat Dishwasher Model ADP8640 Door Problem 1 Answer
Hi the door of the above mentioned dishwasher has just recently started to cause problems, it no longer will hold itself open, and will fall with all of it's weight (If I were to allow it) to the fully open position. Before, I could open it slightly and it would quite happily hold and stay in that position. Please can you advise as to what the problem could be and which part I need to get as a replacement. many thanks

  You need a new spring for the door as I had the same problem. I found what I wanted on the web site but phoned for clarification. The part came as soon as it was available and at a reasonable price.
