If your Dyson has lost suction, it might be due to a tear in internal hose. Replace it with this genuine spare from Dyson.
Please note: This short hose is located on the underside of the Dyson vacuum cleaner, not to be confused with the hose located to the rear of the cleaner.
This genuine Dyson part fits all models in the 'DC07' and 'DC14' ranges, in addition to select models in the 'DC04' range. Please see the list of compatible appliance models prior to purchase.

Brilliant idea to offer video and parts - I have just fitted a new hose to our vaccuum and it took less than a minute. My wife and I were going to spend quite a lot on a new vacuum but your service let me fix our old one for next to nothing - brilliant - and the email tracking of the part made sure I knew what was happening which was fab. I don't normally write reviews but your service deserves it . Thanks

I was delighted to be able to buy and fit the Internal Hose myself rather than having to pay an Engineer. I did watch the little video first - and was delighted it was so easy

Haven't you had an answer yet, Ness? Grip one end, twist until it moves, then pull. Then the same at the other end.

Take the plate off the bottom. Use coin to turn screws. Prise off old hose where the push fit is, and unscrewother end. Replace push fit. In theorey you line up the plastic screwtube threads, and twist. One end of the pipe is a left hand thread, the other RH. In practice you need to juggle, but it will fit and screw home eventually. Then put everthing else back.
Required for another application. ( Bissel carpet washer)
