    The flat out head has made things a lot easier.No more having to move heavy items of furniture in order to hoover under them.The adaptor is a must otherwise does not fit on the dc14 vacuum cleaner.It's easy to fit but have found it does'nt always stay on.

    Only issue was that the fitting at the Hoover knozzel end was a loose fit so I had to put tape around the adapters or the part would have dropped out of the Hoover pipe.

      Hi Doowopsteph, this tool can be used on both carpets and hard floors, and will cause damage to neither surface.

    The Flat Out Head on my daughters DC02 does not move very well because her long hairs on the floor get caught around the axles of the wheels. How can I remove the wheels to remove these tangled hairs, please?
