Hi, I'm Matt from eSpares.

Now about the most commonly replaced part on a Dyson is the hose. If you get a split or crack in there, you're going to lose suction and you're going to need to replace it. Fortunately it's dead easy to do.

If I just slide out the wand, and I don't know if you can see there's a catch just there. Pull that back, and the hose slides out. Grab my new hose, the only difference here is the colour, and that one slots into place in exactly the same way. Slide the wand back in, and there we go.
