We wnated to fit a fridge freezer that we alread owned into a fitted kitchen, this kit fitted the bill and has done a very good job. Would be useful if it came with some hints and tips for fitting for the less able DIY-ers amongst us!

These parts were hard top find until i came across espares. THe odering process was easy they arrived in 3 days from purchase and were very easy to fit and work perfectly

Espares is always reliable which is great. The fixing kit had no instructions, though it wasn't too difficult to figure out. It is a bit expensive for what you get, a bit of plastic, but it did the job, so I'll live with the cost.

Confusion reigned 11 May 2011
Some confusion with the dispatch process. Soon after the order was accepted I received an email to announce a delay. No indication of the duration of the delay so one is left in the dark about whether to take up the offer to cancel. Surprisingly the order was delivered two days after so I wonder what would have happened if I had cancelled and ordered elsewhere. Confusion also that the majority of the contents in the package were not relevant to the door slide job in hand. You have to work out which items are required as all you get by way of instructions is what it says on the outside of the pack - that it may contain excess items. The irony is that it goes on to blame automation for this; but the whole point of automation is that this sort of thing need NOT happen so using it as an excuse for wasteful inclusion of surplus items with attendant scope for user's confusion is obviously daft!
