  Excellent service but low Quality 07 December 2011

  The Chrome Knob is a plastic knob as were the originals and unfortunately plastic breaks. This order was the second time I had to replace the same knob. Not E-spares fault - the original manufacturer to save money has downgraded the materials therefore long term poor design.

  Replacement Knob - Just what it says it is 14 November 2011

  I ordered 2 replacement knobs, one to replace a broken one, and one as a spare. They just do "what it says on the packet" as it were. The service was brilliant, prompt and efficient. No worries.

  Product does the job it needs to and looks good. Drawback this is the second set of replacement knobs I have ordered in the six years of having the cooker. The shaft breaks very easily where it is attached to the oven. Manufacturer need to make them out of something stronger on the shaft.
