  I have given top marks all round although to fit I had to remove some of the item with pliers to fit my machine. Although this is probably what you have to do anyway. Excellent delivery service.

  Only slight problem 22 July 2013

  At last got round to fitting this . Fits tumble dryer fine but hose seems to have the opposite thread to the fitting and as a result will not screw into it. I suppose I now need to get a hose with the correct thread. It never occurred to me that there might be conflicting threads but our tumble dryer is pretty old

  Easy, cheap and accurate 19 March 2013

  Finding the replacement part was easy once I had the model number. The price was decent and the good were with me in only a few days, well-packed and in perfect condition. I slotted the new parts into place on the same day a very reputable 'domestic appliance specialist' emailed me to say no such part was available. I wonder where I'll go next time.

  Tumble Dryer Vent Ring Nut 31 January 2013

  Delivery in advertised timescales - so that is good. Fits the machine (Kelvinator dryer) pefectly, but... The hose sprial - the side of the Vent Ring Nut that the exhaust hose screws into is of the opposite hand (anticlockwise) to the original as supplie with the machine. Tried several hoses and all are clockwise wound, unable to find a hose that is anticlockwise wound. Did eventually get a secure connection, presently not sealed (with silcon but I do think is necessary) but I'm not sure it is as satifactory connection as as the original ring nut.
