  Can recommend eSpares 19 April 2017

  Bought a bottle shelf and inner freezer door from espares and they were let down only by poor packaging. Plastic shelf was broken in transit by the weight of the door as there was no internal packing. But purchase, shipping, delivery info and replacement process was totally painless. I'm sure this was a one off problem and we'd have no issues buying from them in the future.

  Exact Replacement 12 August 2016

  This is an exact replacement for fridge bottle shelf which had broken with cold/age. The service from espares is quick and easy and despite not being cheap it is was easy to get. The box could have been several times smaller that the one sent.

  Genuine Neff part but the originals cracked 08 July 2016

  Looks fine at present, but unless the quality has been improved since we bought the fridge, we expect the item to crack as did our previous two.

  Great service and prompt delivery however, I think the shelf should be stronger and reinforced in some way. This is also true for 2 NEFF freezer shelves that I bought as part of this order, a lot of money for flimsy plastic.
