  Excellent Quality Replacement 13 June 2022

  I had already replaced three drawers somey ears ago as the grips were breaking off, the new ones have worn well but the last one old one just broke so decided to replace it. All my old orders are stored in the system to it was easy to locate and it arrived within two days.

  Replacement drawer for a broken one, seems the same quality as original. Nice to be able to get spares for a 10yr old freezer. The only critisism is the price, which seemed expensive, but I supose compared to buying a new fridge freezer it wasn't too bad.

  Quite happy with your staff s response to my initial and subsequent communications.They were knowledgable and anxious to ensuire I got the right spare.very professional Quality of Spare. Good as expected value:I have faulted you badly there.I consider the price for a freezer drawer totally unacceptable when you consider a total fridge/freezer unit of this quality can be obtained for about 80% moreA drawer at 20% of the total price just doesn t add up- It is a rip off for a pensioner 33% of my pension. I regret that I will have no hesitation in suggesting that prospective buyers should explore all avenues before coming to you.

  Part arrived in excellent condition and fit perfectly. I just cannot believe a piece of plastic can cost so much. I know it is not espares fault but i think this is seriously overpriced by the manufacturer.

  This was the best price I could find on the internet. The drawer fits my freezer perfectly. Good value for money. Paid a little extra for next day delivery - well worth it, it arrived spot on to the minute at the promised time, olympic gold medal for the delivery service. Will definately buy from espares again.
