    Perfect replacement 08 September 2010

The part supplied was indistinguishable from the defunct Whirlpool original part which I had previously removed and very quick/easy to fit (5mins to fit part & 10mins to reassemble the panels)

Spot On Product 23 July 2010

Initially I was not sure which part I required as there were many variations of the type, but the website was brilliant and it pointed me to the exact spare part I needed. I felt very confident in ordering this part and it fitted perfectly and has worked well ever since.

Tumble dryer - no heat 06 July 2010

Tumble dryer stopped drying as no heat in the drum. First checked outside vent in case blocked pipe but all ok so removed back panel followed wires to element connections all connections in tact. I removed the element and there was no sign of faliure other than a small melt spot in the ally casing. E- spares offer a money gurantee so if there was another fault I could get my money back so all i had to do was check model no. scroll through the list even got pictures to make the match easier and ordered the part. Item recieved well packaged and was exactly the same as original, not a close copy with holes in the wrong places. The new element doesnt have the holes tapped in them as the old bolts will cut the new threads. It will make life easier if you put a little washing up liquid on the bolts before assembly. Tumble dryer now in full working order and i saved a few quid.

Well Worth It 05 May 2010

If you're reading these reviews, like I was a couple of weeks ago, trying to decide if it's worth having a go at replacing the heating element yourself, it is! Like the other reviewer all that was wrong with our dryer was that it no longer heated up, the most likely cause of which is a broken heating element. You'll need the right kind of screw driver to remove the back casing, and a small spanner to remove the bolts fixing the heating element in place. Do take care of the edges of the back panel, some are sharp.

Whirlpool Heating Element 01 March 2010

The part for my dryer arrived in good time. It was easy to fit and probably took me about 10 mins to fit. A word of advice, before you disconnect the part, either take a picture if you are fitting it on your own, or make a note of which wires go where on re connection. Overall I am very happy I now have a dryer up and running, and I was able to cut out all that unnecessary cost, by fitting it myself.
