  Well worth the investment 27 February 2022

  Simple solution that does the job 10 February 2017

  So far this appears to be doing the job pretty well. We place the kit on the floor with a small amount of cold water as instructed plus a small icepack as per the espares video. Happy with purchase.

  Great for the job I wanted 15 June 2016

  Glad I didn't read the reviews or maybe I ignored them, but whatever, glad I bought the venting kit. Firstly I have a small tumble dryer, secondly the kit didn't fit the vent hole at the back of the TD. However, I may have the body of a weak and feeble woman...but...well, duct tape, some ingenuity (clipped the outer plastic with scissors to form a fanned tunnel effect) and more duct tape, it is now firmly attached to the TD. Yayyyy. Won't mention the broken nails and swearing... As I l said earlier, my TD is small...a White Knight...but I usually have the bedroom window wide open to dangle out the hose, but with this it was fine with window closed, no condensation, and believe me my 400 year old cottage can sweat for England. I did leave the window slightly ajar on the second time of use, but it didn't need it. Will be ideal in the winter or when it is raining heavily. I'm seriously chuffed :-)

  Cheap way to help with problem 27 February 2016

  I bought this as a stop gap measure, until we buy a new tumble dryer. It seems to do the job. The fitting was a little problematical but then it is a universal fitting.

  Certainly reduces condensation 28 October 2014

  Basic but seemingly effective. Have also tried with freezer block but this appeared to need increased tumble time. Delivered within 48 hours, good service.

  Works well with ice block 30 April 2014

  I bought this last November. I find it works best with a small ice block (the sort for sandwich bags). With one of those in the water there is very little condensation escapes. Would be nice if it came supplied with a pack of them (say 4).

  drier venting kit 11 August 2013

  not sure if the collector box actually works as yet to see any condensed water but it is preferable to having the hose loose on the floor. Had to use original fitting to connect to the drier.

  Check the instructions as these condenser boxes generally have to be charged by adding cold water to help the steam condense.

  Helps reduce condensation 09 April 2013

  This will help reduce condensation by putting clod water in the receptacle prior to each use. It will not totally arrest all the condensation but in my opinion it will reduce it by as much as 70% A great idea that is light, compact and easily stored when not in use.
