Item was well described and easy to find in (on-line)store, delivered swiftly and well packed but lacked detailed fitting instructions. The on-line video demo lacked detail on exactly how to fit (which seal groove / which door lip to locate etc., so fitting was difficult. Please include good diagrams on this......

Quite difficult to fit - here are my tips. A hose is connected to the top of the seal. Ours has a metal clip that is quite hard to refit. It would be a good idea to get a new half inch jubilee clip and using that. As for the seal, this is my method - still not easy though - Pull off the old seal - taking out the retaining spring. Fit hose to the new seal. Place the spring round the new seal and put the seal in place. Now try and put the spring round the edge of the seal. You'll need three hands so start at the bottom. The hose will retain the spring at the top and stop it slipping off. Work your fingers round SLOWLY and you should then be able to push the spring home at the top.

Havnt fitted it yet but its the correct part and it was reasnobly priced. Easy to order and it arrived quickly. What more do need from a washing machine door seal!?

Replacement Door Seal 27 January 2009
After shopping around for replacement door seal I was glad I found espares - The genuine product was near 50% cheaper than other suppliers and it arrived in record time. A little bit tricky to fit but husband knew a few tricks to make the job easier. Washing machine now like new - Fantastic!

Having found espares on the net,we located the Zanussi door seal required. The price was 30% cheaper than elsewhere. Delivery was superfast. The seal itself was top quality and identical to the original part. It fitted Perfectly. Extremely satisfied with the company,the product,the price and the service.

Your spares service,ordering and delivery was excellent. You'r video was a great help.Yes the fitting was tricky and the second pair of hands necessary. It would be helpful if the video showed a little more detoil on the fitting of the innerseal as this is the only difficult part
