I got exactly what I ordered and it was delivered well-packed and to time. With the benefit of hindsight (and a web search on mini food processors) I might as well has bought a complete new unit. The price of the bowl, together with P&P is about two thirds of the price of a complete new unit.

Reason for 4 stars of value is that the appliance cost £10 originally (3yrs ago) and this replacement bowl cost almost that to replace. But on saying that, the bowl was far more expensive on other sites. Speedily delivered. Overall really pleased.

Apart from it not being in stock, when it did arrive it was exactly what was required. Hence PRODUCT was 5* but not the waiting!!

The cost of the replacement bowl was almost half the price of a completely new processor - it if it cracks again, I'll just buy an new one.

I had been struggling with the original bowl on my mini chopper as I had dropped it and the securing lugs had broken off. This replacement is just the ticket, making my machine like new again.

Excellent communication. Speedy delivery, but I am not impressed with the price of the bowl without lid and chopper more than a third of what I paid for whole machine originally.
