  Quick and Easy to Fit 02 October 2023

  I bought this after looking up the fault code on our Bosch dishwashing. Watched an online tutorial and saw how easy it was to replace the Heat Exchanger Outlet Valve. So after making sure e-Spares had the exact item I needed, made the order and it arrived the next working day. Followed the tutorial to the letter, as I did the replacement. Took all of 20 minutes from pulling out the dishwasher, to switching it on to test. Code gone, dishwasher working perfectly. Paying for the spare, watching the tutorial and doing the job myself, saved me about £125 for an engineer to come out and do the job.

  Effective E19 error repaired on Bosch dishwasher 03 July 2023

  Part came with fitting instructions included. Dishwasher worked perfectly after swapping the valve. Little bit fiddly to remove and refit the valve itself, but this was due to tight space in the machine, nothing to do with eSpares.

  Straightforward fix for E19 alarm 17 June 2023

  If you search YouTube, there are some good videos of this solenoid valve being changed. Worth a quick look. It really is a fairly easy procedure, if you are of an engineering bent. I recommend a little silicone grease on the rubber O-ring so it seats into position easily - it is fairly tight to get it past the housing - and to gain a leak-free seal. Also, taking the old solenoid valve out, sometimes the old O ring will remain in the bore of the fitting, but you must remove this too, and make sure you fit the new O ring only, not both! I noticed in the pack is a self adhesive plastic heat shield, which is presumably to prevent the coil of the new solenoid from burning out, something my old one had (coil was open circuit), although this is not really explained. Anyway, I strongly suggest you fit this, according to the drawing supplied. Power up the machine, do a RESET, and then all will be well. E19 is a heat exchanger temperature time-out alarm. Fitting a new functioning valve is almost certainly going to repair your machine.

  Does the job 12 December 2022

  Googled the fault code and this part came up. Worked like a charm. Was a little tricky to fit (leaked on first attempt, which set off flood sensor). 2nd time lucky with the help of a screwdriver to push it into place. If I can fit it, having never seen the inside of a dishwasher before, anyone can... thanks YouTube and Espares.

  Saved me a lot of money. 28 November 2020

  I had a E19 fault on my Bosch dishwasher, i then checked on YouTube on how to fix the problem ,the job quite straight forward to do.I then ordered the new valve from espares and fitted it,which took me about an hour . When I turned the dishwasher back on the problem was fixed,Money well spent.

  Easy E19 Error Fix - Neff Dishwasher 24 November 2020

  Next day delivery - very easy to fit. On a Neff integrated dishwasher: 1) Simply remove the small panel on the left side of the dishwasher - heat exchange outlet valve easily visible. 2) Simply twist unit to remove. Easier to disconnect cable after removal. Note: I learnt the hard way! Put a towel under the HE outlet valve before removing to prevent any water that will leak out getting into the drip tray. The drip tray has a very sensitive leak detection sensor - which will give you another error - if triggered. I had to tilt the dishwasher to drain the drip tray......
